1. Introduction

Housing construction refers to the project with roof, beam column, walls, foundation, and can form an internal space to meet the people's needs of production, living, learning, public activity.
The construction of house buildings includes factory buildings, theatres, hotels, shops, schools, hospitals and residential facilities; auxiliary structures refer to water towers, bicycle shed, pool etc. that match with buildings. Lines, pipelines, equipment installation refers to installation activities of electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC, communications, intelligent, elevators, pipelines, equipment that match with the housing and ancillary facilities.

Architectural engineering is generally divided into project planning, land acquisition relocation, survey and design, civil construction, pipeline construction, equipment installation, internal and external decoration, completion and acceptance of the project.
