1. Introduction

Forensic Medicine is an evidence-based medicine to solve legal problems through the application of theories and skills of clinical medicine, bioinformatics, pharmacy and other natural sciences, to provide scientific evidence for investigating the crime and trial of civil or criminal cases. Forensic medicine should be viewed as the bridge discipline of "law" and "medicine". It is believed that along with the continuous improvement of the discipline construction of forensic science, it will play an important role in combating illegal crime, maintaining social judicial justice, and to use legal means to defend the sanctity of “medical humanities spirit”. Forensic medicine, human body (in vivo, corpse) is not the purpose, while the spirit of the law and human rights consciousness are the ultimate purposes, medicine is a means to realize the purpose.

4. Forensic Ethics

5. Application

Forensic medicine is a discipline that studies and solves the medical problems involved in the practice of legislation, investigation and trial by using the theory and method of applied medicine and other natural science. Forensic science has to work with multiple disciplines, including anthropology, archaeology, pathology, fingerprints, dental and genetics, also including forensic DNA analysis. 7. Clinical Forensic Medicine

Clinical forensic medicine, also known as forensic clinical medicine, is a discipline that studies and solves law related human body injury, disability and other physiological and pathological problems through the application of theory and technology of clinical medicine and forensic science, an important branch of forensic medicine. 11. Forensic Anthropology
