1. Introduction
Low Carbon Building refers to reducing the use of fossil energy, improving energy efficiency, reducing emissions of carbon dioxide in the entire life cycle of building materials and equipment manufacturing, construction and use of buildings. At present, low carbon building has gradually become the mainstream of the international architecture industry. One fact which is often overlooked is that the total amount of carbon dioxide emissions from construction accounts for nearly 50%, which is much higher than the fields of transportation and industry.
2. Technical Requirements
1) Energy saving technology for external wall: composite technology of the wall includes interior thermal insulation layer, external insulation layer and filling thermal insulation layer.
2) Energy saving technology for door and window: hollow glass, coated glass (including reflective glass, heat absorbing glass), high-strength fireproof glass (high-strength and low radiation coated fire-resistant glass), the glass containing metal silver layer coated by vacuum magnetron sputtering method and the most special smart glass.
3) Energy saving technology for the roof: use intelligent technology, ecological technology to achieve the desire of building energy conservation, such as solar energy thermal-collection roof and the controlled ventilation roof, etc.
4) Heating, cooling and lighting are the main parts of building energy consumption, such as the use of ground (water) source heat pump system, fresh air system which can be replaced, ground radiation heating.
5) Development and utilization of new energy: solar water heaters, photovoltaic house panels, photovoltaic external wall panels, photovoltaic sun shading board, photovoltaic walls between windows, photovoltaic skylight and photovoltaic glass curtain wall, etc.
