Port Engineering Technology Program in China

1. Introduction

Port Engineering Technology program trains senior engineering and technical personnel with basic knowledge of port engineering, navigation engineering and coastal engineering. These personnel can be engaged in work of construction and management in departments of transportation, water conservancy, municipal administration, coast, industrial and civil construction with knowledge and skills of construction and management.

Advanced mathematics, engineering mechanics, structural mechanics, hydraulics, soil mechanics, engineering survey, reinforced concrete structure, planning and layout of port, hydraulic buildings, waterway regulation and dredging, waterway engineering construction, architectural design, engineering management, engineering budget and bidding

Measurement practice, curriculum design, practice of port and waterway engineering construction, graduation practice, graduation design
