1. Introduction
Social Medicine is a subject studying medical problems from the angle of sociology. It studies the regularity of the effects of social factors on individual and population health, disease, development of various social measures, protection and improves people's physical and mental health and social activity ability, to improve the quality of life. The current understanding of the concept of social medicine is not uniform; focus of research content is also different, so there are different names, such as social hygiene, public health, public health.
2. Research Objects

3. Tasks
The basic task of medicine is to maintain and promote people's health, improve people's quality of life and health level. Social medical attention to the impact of social factors on human health and disease, pay attention to those mainly caused by social factors of disease, such as social disease, accidental injury, mental diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, AIDS and public health events in the occurrence, development and epidemic regularity, pay attention to social etiology research and formulation of strategies for the prevention and control of society. Social medicine attaches particular importance to some special populations, such as the elderly, women, children, the disabled and the occupation contact harmful factors in the enterprise such as "high-risk groups". The number is not only large, physiology, pathology and mode of production and life is vulnerable because of the impact of health risk factors and need to for special population health status and risk factors, take the social and health measures.
