1. Introduction
Water Project involves urban water supply and drainage engineering, environmental engineering, hydrology and water resources engineering, urban water conservancy projects and many other disciplines. In addition to the study of water quantity, the water quality is the center, and the research of water quality engineering runs through the whole water resource problem, and puts the water treatment technology in the whole concept and process of solving the water resources problem, basically covering the sustainable development of urban water resources and the use of such water as the whole process of social cycle.
2. Training Objectives
The program trains compound type talents with solid foundation of natural science, have the application basis of the computer, economy, management and others, master the basic knowledge and professional skills of water engineering program, with strong adaptability, innovation and coordination ability, can be engaged in water supply, irrigation, municipal, environmental, transportation and other departments and water related planning, design, construction, management and the scientific research work.
3. Training Requirements
The students mainly study the basic theory and basic knowledge of water engineering, receive training in scientific thinking and scientific experiment of applied basic research and technology development, have good scientific literacy, master the basic skills in project planning, design and management of water, with the basic ability of applying basic theory and professional knowledge to independently solve practical problems, to conduct scientific research, organization and management.
