Admission at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, China for International Education
TCM Medical Bachelor Degree/Undergraduate Programs in English Medium
Beijing University of Chinese Medicine admits foreign students in one specialty taught in English: Chinese Medicine (including Acupuncture).
1. Qualifications for applicants
(1) Applicants should have the equivalent of a high school education.
(2) Applicants should abide by China laws and regulations and the management rules and regulations of the school.
(3) Applicants should take the English entrance examination administered by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (English as first language students are exempt from the English entrance examination. Applicants holding undergraduate degrees or above and these undergraduate or above degree programs taught in English are exempt from the English entrance examination).
2. Application Materials
(1) Application Form.
(2) Scan copy of letter of guarantee from a guarantor of Chinese nationality and a scan copy of their identity card.
(3) Scan copy of current qualification certificates and transcripts.
(4) Scan copy of passport.
(5) Two current 2-inch passport-sized photos.
(6) Scan copy of completed Physical Examination Record Form.
3. Entry Exam
English entrance examination (English as first language students are exempt from the English entrance examination. Applicants holding undergraduate degrees or above and these undergraduate or above degree programs taught in English are exempt from the English entrance examination).
4. Duration and tuition Fees
Duration: 5years
Tuition fee is 45000 CNY/Year for All undergraduate programs in English.

TCM Medical Master Degree/Postgraduate/PG Programs in English Medium
Beijing University of Chinese Medicine masters program has different options taught in English including Clinic Chinese Medicine.
1. Qualifications for applicants
(1) Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in medicine or other relative disciplines.
(2) Have qualified results during the university.
(3) Applicants should take the English entrance examination administered by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (English as first language students are exempt from the English entrance examination. Applicants holding undergraduate degrees or above and these undergraduate or above degree programs taught in English are exempt from the English entrance examination).
2. Application Materials
(1) Application Form.
(2) Scan copy of letter of guarantee from a guarantor of Chinese nationality and a scan copy of their identity card.
(3) Scan copy of current qualification certificates and transcripts.

(7) Two recommendation letters issued by Professors.

Masters degree takes 2-3 years in all programs.
Tuition fee is 38000 CNY/Year for all Masters Degree programs in English.

Non-Degree programs at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine admit international students in English taught courses including The Fundamental of Chinese Medicine and Classics, Tuina Message Training, Chinese Medicine Cosmetology Training, Qigong and Health Preservation, Acupuncture Training
1. Qualifications for applicants
Licensed physicians of Chinese or Western medicine, acupuncturist, or senior students or graduates of medical schools; or those who are interested in Chinese medicine could apply for Non-Degree programs. And these students should have healthy body.
2. Application Materials

(2) Scan copy of letter of guarantee from a guarantor of Chinese nationality and a scan copy of their identity card.
(3) Scan copy of passport.
(4) Two current 2-inch passport-sized photos.
(5) Scan copy of completed Physical Examination Record Form.

Usually, Non-Degree programs take one week - two years
