1) The program is open only to foreign nationals
2) The applicant must possess a formal bachelor degree recognized by the Ministry of Education of China, and demonstrate an ability to pursue independent academic research in the area of study as proposed by him/her. Due consideration will be given to the relevance between the applicant’s educational backgrounds and working experiences on one hand, and the proposed research area on the other

3). Scan copy of highest diploma certificate. Students expecting to graduate should provide an official letter stating expected graduation date
4). Scan copy of the corresponding academic transcripts

6). Two recommendation letters in Chinese or English, each from a professor or associate professor
7). Scan copy of English proficiency certificate
