Usually, two students share one room. Some single rooms may also be available for early application. Answer: Sorry, Chongqing Medical University doesn’t provide Airport Pick-up service to international students. So, international students may go to school by taxi from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport to the school.
7. While making registration, can I pay the money in cash? If in cash then can I pay it in U.S Dollars currency?
Answer: Paying the tuition fees is part of the registration process, it can be done in cash in the form of Chinese Yuan (CNY), but since the largest note in China is 100 Yuan, you will have to carry a lot of notes to pay and this can be unsecured and difficult. It is recommended that you open a Chinese current bank account and have the money deposited there, then pay by Chinese debit card. The finance office only accepts Chinese Currency.

Answer: There are several dining halls on the campus providing kinds of delicious food for international students. The living expense here is around 150USD for your food per month.
13. How can I exchange some Chinese currency for my pocket money when I just arrived in China?
Answer: Students can exchange some Chinese currency in bank for shuttle/bus ticket fare and pocket money in the big international airport when they arrive in China. And students can buy telephone card from business counter in the airport to give international call and domestic call if students need.
