1. History
Dali University was founded in 1978, Dali Medical College and Dali Teachers College. In 1982 September, Dali Medical College was established. In August 1987, Dali Medical College received the right to grant a bachelor's degree. In 1997, passed the original State Education Commission undergraduate teaching qualification assessment. In October 2001, approved by the Ministry of Education, Dali Medical College and Dali Teachers College merged to form Dali College; Yunnan Provincial People's Government decided to Dali Industrial School, Yunnan Radio and Television University, Dali Branch incorporated into the school. In April 29, 2015, the school officially changed its name to Dali University.
