Henan University of Economics and Law (HUEL) founded in 1948, located in Zhengzhou city, Henan province, was established by the coalition of the Henan Institute of Finance and Economics and the Henan Institute of political Management in March 2010. It is the provincial government-running full-time ordinary institutions of higher education, mainly in management and law, economics, under the goverance of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is the construction units of the right to grant doctorates in Henan Province, and one of the key universities with the construction supported by Henan Province. There are 65 undergraduate majors, including 11 master degree authorized subjects, 15 master degree authorized subjects, 9 provincial key first class subjects and 2 provincial key second class subjects. Henan University of Economics and Law (HUEL) was founded in 1948. In 1981, Henan University of Finance and Economics was planned to be established in April. In 1982, Henan University of Finance and Economics was formally shaped in April and won the approval of the State Education Commission. The school history of Henan Institute of Political Science and Law can be traced back to the Administrative Cadre School of western Henan, which was established in 1948. On October 1948, the Cadres College of political law and law of Henan province (the former Center) were mergered. Then, Henan province political law Cadre College was founded in June. (3) Academic facilities and Scientific research
Henan University of Economics and Law (HUEL) has more than 2000 faculty members, of whom 1200 are full-time teachers, with more than 600 senior titles, 335 teachers with doctorate degrees, 801 teachers with master's degrees, and 6 teaching teams at the provincial level. By the end of 2014, the total volume of books of Henan University of Economics and Law had reached 6.82 million, including 2.17 million books on paper and 4.65 million kinds of e-books, mainly in the fields of finance, economics, politics, law and management, covering the humanities. In 2010, 5 national social science planning fund projects applied by the Henan University of Economics and Law and 2 National Natural Science foundation project were successfully bided.
