Heilongjiang Provincial Government Scholarships
1. Qualification for Applicant:
(1).Postgraduate applicants must be non-Chinese nationals, who has no study experience in China or has graduated from Chinese universities over one year.
(2). the applicants should have obtained bachelor degree and graduation certificate with excellent grades, and their age should be below 35.

Scan copy of the notarized highest academic certificate obtained along with the transcript of academic record (if the certificates are not in Chinese or English, the applicants should also offer the notarized translation version). If the applicant is a school student or has already worked, the certificate from the school or from the office is needed.

(4). Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
(5). Scan copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Record.
