1. Qualification for applicant
1)Applicants must be non-Chinese citizen, in good health and nice behavior
2)Applicants for Bachelor’s degree must aged between 18 to 30 years with a High School Certificate or above and good GPA

1)Application Form
2)Scan copies of notarized high school certificate and transcripts of all grades: Copies of the original certificate with the high school stamp and/or the signature of the principal. If the originals are not in Chinese or English, they must be translated and notarized.
3)Scan copy of the first page of applicant valid and ordinary passport
4)Eight passport size photos
5)Scan copy of a study or research plan. The Study or research plan in China should not be less than 1000 characters, either in Chinese or English.
3. Study Duration &Tuition Fee:
Bachelor’s degree takes 4 years in all English taught undergraduate programs
A tuition fee is 21,500 CNY/year

Master Degree/Postgraduate/PG Programs in English Medium
Shanghai University of Political Science and Law admits international students for master’s degree in its English taught masters programs: (1) Law Theory (2) Constitutional Law and Administrative Law (3) Criminal Law
1. Qualification for applicant
1)Should be non-Chinese citizens in good health holding a valid foreign passport
2)Aged under 45 years and with a Bachelor’s degree or above

1)Application Form
2)Scan copy of notarized copy of Bachelor’s degree certificate and academic transcripts
3)Scan copy of the first page of applicant valid and ordinary passport
4)Eight Passport photos
5)Scan copy of a study or research plan in China should not be less than 1000 characters, either in Chinese or English.
6)Scan copy of two letter of recommendation from two different professors or associated professors from academic institutions or work supervisors.

Masters degree takes 3 years
A tuition fee is 23,000 CNY/Year
