(3). Age should be under 35.

(4). 2 Letters of Recommendation (written in English or Chinese by 2 professors or 2 associate professors)
(5). Personal Resume, written in English or in Chinese
(6). Study Plan or Research Plan in China (no less than 800 words), written in English or in Chinese

(9). 6 recently-taken bareheaded photos
(10). Scan copy of Doctor’s License (suggesting to applicants applying for degree program in the discipline of clinical medicine only)
