Overseas Students at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences

University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) offers various programs for international students. Each year, over 1,000 international students from over 30 countries and regions come to  University of Chinese Academy of Sciences for study. The International Affairs Office (IAO) was established to facilitate international academic exchanges and collaborations between  University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and institutions around the world. The IAO's main tasks include promoting international academic collaborations, communicating with partner institutions, establishing joint programs for graduate students, inviting international scholars and recruiting international students, thereby enhancing the internationalization of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, building the campus into an international environment, and promoting University of Chinese Academy of Sciences reputation as an outstanding university for graduate education. The International Students Office is affiliated with the International Affairs Office. It is in charge of the admission, enrollment and registration of international students, student counseling and management, and scholarship related affairs.
