Liaoning Provincial Government Scholarship
The Scholarship is aimed at assisting Doctorate students who apply for studying at University of Science and Technology Liaoning
1. Evaluation Criteria:
(1) Applicants must be a foreign citizen in good health.
(2) Applicants must comply with the laws and decrees of China and the regulations of university.
(3) Applicants must have obtained a master’s degree recognized by the Ministry of Education, People’s Republic of China and not be older than 40.
(4) Major of master’s degree should belong to the same discipline of the chosen doctoral degree program.
(5) Applicants should not be holding scholarships of any other category supported by Chinese Government or local governments in China.
2. Application Materials
(1) Application Form.
(2) Highest diploma (notarized scan copy).
(3) Notarized scan copies of transcripts of both undergraduate study and master’s degree study should be submitted.
(4) Scan copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
(5) Study Plan or research plan in Chinese or English.
(6) Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
(7) Scan copy of Student or work status certificate.
