Zhejiang Province Government Scholarship
Zhejiang Provincial Scholarships are available for students in language programs, and undergraduate or graduate degree programs. Scholarships are awarded and disbursed directly by Zhejiang Normal University. These scholarships are awarded annually. Currently enrolled students must re-apply every year, and are not guaranteed funding for all years of their program of study, as funding priority is given to new students.
Funding priority is also given to students applying for programs taught in English. The majority of these 100+ scholarships are awarded to undergraduate students, with 5-10 awarded to language students and 5-10 awarded for graduate students. Scholarships are disbursed in monthly installments directly deposited in the student’s bank account.
Students applying for the Zhejiang Provincial Scholarship are encouraged to apply for the scholarship before applying for their program of study.
Application documents:
1. Application form
2. Scan copy of your high school or undergraduate diploma, whichever is most recent
3. Scan copy of high school or undergraduate transcripts, whichever is most recent, in Chinese or English
4. Study plan or research proposal (for graduate students only) - at least one page, a general proposal outlining your major and proposed direction of your study and research.
