Central South University offers Self-Enrolment Scholarship Project for Postgraduate international students who have all-around moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetical excellence and outstanding achievement in an established evaluation system. Scholarship can further promote education and management of international students, and encourage them to cultivate their morality and study hard for their studies.

Qualifications of Applicants: The scholarship is only for international students who pursue Master and Doctoral degree programs at Central South University.
Evaluation Criteria:
(1) Applicants must be Non-Chinese nationals, holding valid passport and in good health.
(2) Excellent foreign graduates from key universities abroad.
(3) International students for Master degree must have Bachelor degree and be under the age of 35.
(4) International students for Doctoral degree must have Master degree and be under the age of 40.
Application Materials:
(1) Application form.
(2) Scan copy of passport.
(3) Notarized scan copy of Transcript of the Most Advanced Studies.
(4) Notarized scan copy of Diploma of the Most Advanced Studies.
(5) Study or Research Plan in China (No less than 1000 words).
(6) Two Letters of Recommendation from professors.
(7) Scan copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
