Harbin University of Commerce admits foreign students in 10 specialties taught in English: International Economics and Trade, Business Management, Marketing and Sales, Accounting, Financial Management, Foodstuff Science and Engineering, Chinese Pharmacology, Energy and Power Engineering, Tourism Management, Cooking and Nutrition Education.
1. Qualification for applicant
(1) Applicants should have the equivalent of a high school education.
(2) Applicants should be foreign nationals in good health.
(3) Applicants should have good command of English and have the ability to take courses in English.
2. Application materials
(1) Application Form.
(2) Notarized scan copy of High School Certificate.
(3) Notarized scan copy of High School transcript.
(4) Scan copy of Valid Passport.
(5) Scan copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.
3. Duration and tuition Fees
All undergraduate programs at Harbin University of Commerce take 4 years.
Tuition fees are 18000 CNY/YEAR- 25000CNY/YEAR for all undergraduate programs in English.

3. Duration and tuition Fees
Masters degree takes 3 years in all programs.
Tuition fees are25000 CNY/Year- 30000CNY/Year for all Masters Degree in English.
