North China Institute of Science and Technology (NCIST) has over 50 international students from 13 countries. Since the first admission of international students in 1999, it has provided undergraduate programs, and Chinese diploma programs for international students. NCIST maintains a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with the European Commission and the International Labor Organization; meanwhile, joint education programs have been started with higher learning institutions and research institutes from America, UK and Canada to cultivate professionals. The joint programs of “3+1” double degrees in the field of Safety Engineering with Muskingum University(USA), “1+1”master degrees with many British universities, “1+2” master degrees with Italian universities. Also, there is the summer joint program of “Study in European Union” with Latvia.
