Admission at West China Medical Center of Sichuan University for International Education

 

1. Application Requirements:

 

(1). All applicants must be 18 years of age or above. 

(2). Applicants must present an official copy of their high school diploma and/or additional higher learning certificates.

(3). Applicants must have an excellent academic record in the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

 

2. Required Application Documents:

 

(1). Application Form

(2). A notarized scan copy of the highest academic credential (high school diploma)

(3). Notarized scan copies of official academic transcripts

(4). Scanned copy  of passport information

(5). Notarized scan copy of Physical Examination Record (valid for 6 months).

1. Application Requirements:

 

(1). Applicants for Master programs should have a Bachelor degree or equivalent academic background. 

(2). Applicants for Doctoral programs should have a Master degree or equivalent academic background. 

 

2. Required Application Documents:

 

(1). Application Form

(2). Notarized scan copies of degree certificate or proof of education in academic institution, and academic transcript (duplicated) 

(3). Two academic recommendation letters from associate professorship or higher level

(4). Two scan copies of applicant’s recent photo (cap-free, 2 inches)

(5). Two scan copies of passport (ordinary passport) front page (with personal information)

(6). Notarized scan copy of Physical Examination Record (valid for 6 months). 

 

Note: The certificates provided should be original documents in Chinese or in English, otherwise notarized translations in Chinese or English are required.
